Standard Cleaning and Organizational Services.

(Does not include cost of Deep Cleaning, Extras, or Specialty Equipment.)

For homes that have not been professionally cleaned in the past 90 days. 

(Covers extensive tidying/organizing, labor-intensive scrubbing, excessive pet hair, an excessive build-up in the bathroom, etc.)

• Inside Oven
• Inside Refrigerator
• Inside Freezer
• Hand Cleaning of Window Blinds (per window)
• Inside tract of windowsill (per 3 windows)

(Any Extras must be added to cleaning/organization plan at least 2 business days prior to scheduled cleaning. These items typically take longer to clean, require specialty equipment/supplies, and more strenuous manual labor.  These fees are applicable even if extra supplies are not required for project completion.)

The cost of special equipment required/requested by the Client to clean or organize will be charged on the invoice.

(All cost of special equipment will need Client approval prior to purchase/rental.)

• Veteran and First Responder discounts 
• Clients who book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning may qualify for a discount rate. 

(Discounts are applicable towards Standard Rate, Deep Cleaning Rate, and Extras services only. Discounts above may be combined with each other and/or handyman services, but shall not exceed 30%.) 

(Does not include cost of Materials or Special Equipment.) 

My Real Estate clients receive free handyman services to prepare their homes for sale, not to exceed $2,000.

Materials will be billed upon final invoice.

(If special materials must be purchased to complete the project, they must first be approved by the Client. )
